Exactly what I needed

I decided to find a personal trainer because I needed help with being consistent with exercising. When I came in for the intake, Joel gave me the impression of being genuine and passionate, and our talk made me even more excited to start this journey! I started training with Yannick and every single class he challenged me just the right amount and showed me that I could do more than I believed. After only 8 trainings, I feel proud of myself, happier, more confident, and now I even look forward to working out.

An amazing experience!

I did the sport fasting early January, not knowing what to expect. I had done bootcamps previously, but this was quite different. After discussing things through with Joel, I decided to give it a try. I was a bit daunted at first by the level of organization around each day, however it was really helpful. The first few days gave me time to get used to the daily cardio, whilst reducing my food intake.
