How we work

1 Intake interview

This intake interview is completely free of charge. We will help you discover what your possibilities are. During this interview you can tell us about your wishes and expectations. With that in mind, we can determine your goal. What for, how often, how long and in which location you wish to do the personal training.

2 Test session

First the intake forms and medical questionnaire are filled out, followed by a personal test and a body composition measurement. We measure of your initial situation and based on this information we build your personal training program.

3 Training

The personal training program starts at the desired location. From now on, your diet will be monitored. During the training period we evaluate regularly.

+Who is personal training suitable for?

In principle, personal training is suitable for everyone, young and old. For anyone who wants to seriously work on their goals, whether that is rehabilitation, getting fitter, or standing stronger in life.

+How am I assigned to a personal trainer?

During the intake interview and the discussion of your goals, we determine which trainer suits you best, ensuring you receive optimal guidance.

+How are my goals assessed and my progress tracked?

This begins with a very comprehensive baseline assessment, during which everything is analyzed and measured. After approximately 2.5 to 3 months of training, the exact same test is administered again. This provides objective insight into the results. Subsequently, the next phase of the program starts with an adjusted schedule.

+Do the training sessions take place weekly at a fixed time?

Yes, preferably. By working with fixed days and times, we create structure and continuity, which contributes to achieving optimal results.

+How much does personal training cost with you?

We work exclusively with customized programs. The investment depends on your goals and the desired intensity of guidance. We would be happy to invite you for a no-obligation intake consultation in which we will explain this in full.
