It starts with a no-obligation 30-40 minute intake interview, during which a comprehensive medical history is taken. When a client decides to start with us, a baseline measurement follows in the form of a test training session. During this session, we collect data that is essential for achieving the objectives.

The intake interview always takes place with Joel. During this meeting, a comprehensive medical history is taken, and your goals are mapped out. Additionally, we discuss what the process will look like and provide insight into the investment.

This begins with a very comprehensive baseline assessment, during which everything is analyzed and measured. After approximately 2.5 to 3 months of training, the exact same test is administered again. This provides objective insight into the results. Subsequently, the next phase of the program starts with an adjusted schedule.
Measurable results require time and consistency. Generally, you can count on visible and measurable progress after approximately 2.5 to 3 months.
The sportfasting course starts with three reduction days. During these days you will ajust your diet.
The next three days you will live on juices instead of food.
During the last four days you will start eating again and rebuild a healthy diet.
