IS EXERCISE A HABIT FOR YOU?

The holiday is over. The moment of relaxation, nice weather and being able to take your mind of the normal things. After the holiday it is always a matter of getting get back into your rhythm.

Study or work starts again, other regular activities. Before you know it, your calendar is full of appointments and it’s as if you haven’t taken a break.

Maybe you want to try to keep the feeling of relaxation a little longer after your vacation. Or you have the intention to change your priorities? Then this is the time to build new habits.

Sports as a habit

The same goes for sports. Less than half of the people in the Netherlands exercise enough. Whilst everyone knows exercise is important, both for your physical and mental health. Yet it is a habit that can be difficult to maintain.
