Long term results

About 9 years ago I started training with Joel. My weight and overal fitness was not in a good shape. Initially we started building my fitness and with that my weight also got better. Joel creates 3 different exercise rounds with different sets of activities to do. I trained once a week so after 3 weeks we did the total program and started again with the 1st one. For me a really nice way of exercising. While training Joel also has experience and knowledge about generic health and food topics which gives a nice total program. The way Joel supports is paying close attention to how the exercises are done and pays very close attention to the total load. In this way you really train optimal with maximum load but without getting injured, really great! Pushing but also making sure it is not to much in a very nice balance. Every quarter Joel does a small checkup (blood pressure, blood sugar level, weight, etc.) and shares the results. Having quarterly checks pushes in a nice way to keep going and see the results also in numbers. I can for sure advise everyone to go to Personal Performance Training. It is a great gym with great people managed in a very good way by Joel!
