Stand stronger in life

Do you like to exercise in a group and be challenged by other group members? Join the CrossGym group session!

During CrossGym we work on all aspects of the body: strength, coordination, speed, agility and endurance. We will work intensively for two hours ontraining of fitness and muscles, using cardio training and kickboxing techniques. Sometimes we work with the whole group, sometimes in smaller groups or a circuit and where necessary individual attention is given.

In this session we use free weights and other smaller training materials.

For whom?

CrossGym is suitable for the experienced athlete. The group consists of a maximum of 14 people.

CrossGym schedule

The Cross Gym sessions are given on Monday and Wednesday evening in our Personal Training Studio in The Hague.

How we work

1 Sign up

To participate in a CrossGym session, register for a free trial lesson first . Use the form on this page or contact us.

2 Trial session

During the free trial lesson you will experience our CrossGym training and you will find out if CrossGym at Personal Performance Training is suitable.

3 Train more often

If you like the training and it suits you, you can choose to participate more often. Participation is possible with a monthly subscription or with a 10 training session card. You can find more information in our price list.
