“At the end of 2017 I suffered a serious knee injury. After years of physiotherapy and focus on the recovery of my knee, I was still insecure and barely managed to exercise. Seeking help from Personal Performance Training turned out to be the right choice.

My trainer Jeffrey has helped me enormously in a period of 1.5 years to improve my physical condition and self-confidence. In addition to good guidance and appropriate exercises, he also knew how to support me mentally in the right way, because of his own experience with a serious injury.
