What results can you expect after two weeks of sport fasting?

During the sports fasting program we work intensively for 10 days. Both in the field of nutrition and sports to make your body switch from burning sugar to burning fat.

WHO IS SPORT FASTING SUITABLE FOR?

Do you feel like you are hitting a ceiling with sports, or do you notice a craving for sweets? Sport fasting can help you get over a threshold. Because sport fasting is short and intensive, we want to make sure that this program is right for you now. That is why we start with an intake interview. Perhaps a regular personal training program or medical fitness would suits you better right now. If this is the case, we will discuss this during the intake.

WHY IS SPORT FASTING VALUABLE?

Your body can function on several types of fuel. With our current diet, we live entirely or largely on burning sugar. However, your body can also use fat for fuel. Your body can’t use both fuels at the same time.

By having your body switch to fat burning during sport fasting instead of using sugar as fuel, this has a direct advantage: you burn body fat. Perhaps even more important: you train your body to make this ‘metabolic switch’. In this way, with the right nutrition, even after sport fasting, you can make this fuel switch more easily. We will tell you all about this during the program!

WHAT ARE REALISTIC RESULTS

We see valuable results in participants. 2 to 6 kilos of body weight loss, 3 to 7 cm less waist circumference, feeling more energetic, better sports results. The program can also improve your cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
