Bootcamp training

Bootcamp at Personal Performance Training, a collaboration with Bootcamp Team, is an outdoor training for both women and men, aimed at improving the physical condition through intensive interval training. We train the basic motor aspects of the body, such as endurance, strength, coordination, speed and agility. You train both in groups and individually. The sessions are always very varied, challenging, a group result and above all, they are a lot of FUN !!

1 Sign up

To participate in a bootcamp training, register for your free trial session first. Use the form on this page or contact us.

2 Trial session

During the free trial session you will experience our bootcamp training. If you like the training and it suits you, you can choose to participate more often.

3 Ticket strip

Participating in the bootcamp training is based on a ticket strip. You can choose from ticket strips of 1, 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions.
