Diane’s experience with Sportfasting
I did the sport fasting early January, not knowing what to expect. I had done bootcamps previously, but this was quite different. After discussing things through with Joel, I decided to give it a try.
I was a bit daunted at first by the level of organization around each day, however it was really helpful. The first few days gave me time to get used to the daily cardio, whilst reducing my food intake.
The fasting days went well, although I forgot to take the Opkikker drink on the first day and my energy dipped, so I’d recommend taking it. During the 10 days, I felt energized and noticed my skin felt great.
Joel was available throughout, providing advice and encouragement. The results were amazing. One week on, I still feel the benefits. I am energized and people have commented how well I look.
