After ten months of training with PPT I, unfortunately, had to quit because I’m now moving houses to a different part of the city. But all those ten months, I enjoyed the personal approach and very encouraging attitude. My trainer was very supportive and positive. And at the same time, he was challenging me and pushing a bit when he saw I was ready to make more progress.
Previously I often struggled to make sports a regular part of my life, and I wasn’t getting much pleasure out of it. But personal training at PPT helped me turn it around and start enjoying the process without ‘torturing’ myself. Regular check-ins with Joel on the measurements and fit-test also helped me see my progress.
When my old knee injury came back, my coach quickly adjusted the training program to help strengthen my vulnerable knees, and it quickly paid off.
Flexible training schedule
Even with the COVID lockdown restricting the sessions and bringing some limitations to the training, the PPT team was very flexible in adopting new schedules and locations outside.
Overall I’m super happy with the guys, and it’s a pity I have to find a new gym… If I weren’t moving, I certainly would have continued.
