In addition to 1x per week PT I also trained 1-2x in a gym. This combination worked perfectly for me! We also trained outside during corona time and I was still able to achieve my goals. The trainers are professional and pleasant to deal with. They have an eye for your personal situation and goals. Besides training, there is always time for a chat, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant.
