I found Personal Perfomance Training on the internet. They are located near my home. Joël is an excellent coach to help you through this tough program that is Sportfasting (Fittergy) They instructions were great, and the rest is up to you. You have to push through, but the result is worth it. The end of the last reduction day, right before the first day of fasting, was the heaviest moment. You have to overcome that and keep going.
In the end I felt fit, relaxed and alert. I lost more then 5 kilo’s and my fat percentage went down. It is interesting to experience your body making the switch to burning fat. You realise it is no problem to go without food for a little while. There are people in the world that have to deal with this every day…. Furthermore: Joël is a nice guy, professional, honest and to the point.
I think Personal Performance Training is an excellent place to try Sportfasting (Fittergy).
