About 3 years ago I was ready to get more fit and lose some weight. I had tried to go to the gym and train by myself but that never resulted in longer lasting results, so I knew I wanted something else. By searching online, I found Personal Performance training and I booked a first intake.
During the intake Joel clearly explained how he works and what benefits are achievable if you follow the training programs. Having 3 fixed programs that you swap every time you are there enables you to train different part of your body in a structured way. Joel takes into account your overall fitness and the goals you would like to achieve. Where in the gym I could sometimes do an exercise not completely right, and by that not really do anything, Joel makes sure that you train very efficient by doing the exercise the way it is intended to. Since then I have been training every week at least once a week with Joel. This has, over time, given me a lower fat percentage, has lowered my weight and has given me an big increased overall fitness.
