After recovering from a severe hernia, I was out of shape and my strength was diminished. I just became 40 years old, so it has gotten harder to keep weight off. I decided to treat myself to a couple of personal training sessions. I visited multiple studio’s and found that Personal Performance Training really stood out. After a good, professional and thorough (medical) intake interview with Joël, I started training under supervision of Robin. I intended to start with 10 sessions, but it was so much fun and motivating, that I stayed for a year. No fuss, but hard work for 60 minutes, time after time. Robin was a strikt, but also amazing trainer. He knew how to get the most out of me with challenging exercises. I archieved more then I ever could have imagined. My strength and endurance have increased after a year of hard work. I strongly recommenend Personal Performance Training. You will not regret it!
