I found Personal Performance Training 2,5 years ago through a friend of Joël’s. I had been exercising at the gym by myself, without any supervision or knowledge. This I wanted to change, so I went looking for a personal trainer with their own studio.
My goal was more muscle, become heavier, and learn about exercising in the gym. I had a nice intake interview with Joël, and we started training. I recieved an e-mail with the schedule and a nutionion plan. In order to gain weight, I had to eat a lot as well.
Sometimes it was hard to plan a weekly session, because of my irregular job, but we managed to find a regularity. I started eating a lot from the start. I needed to eat big potions in order to gain a couple hundred grammes. After some months the result started to show, and I became a lot heavier. Combined with Joëls training program, I grew from 62 kilo to 78 kilo. I became stronger, bigger, and enjoyed to see myself change.
Every three months Joël made me a new program with new exercises. This gave me the right variation. I found the way the programs were build up very nice. Joël is a relaxet, calm and fun trainer, with a lot of knowledge about the body and about sports. His studio has a private ambiance, which contributes to a save environment to exercise.
