Yes, Yes and Yes. I lost 22kg in no time and came out with a good body shape. Each time I look at myself at the mirror, i have a feeling of great satisfaction.
7. Is it worth the investment?
The money and time spent with Joel is nothing in relation to my current satisfaction. My moral is very high. The only problem I have is that I have to buy new clothes to fit my current size.
